Terms and Conditions for Delivery
Standard Rental - One Day. (Overnight and Multiple day rentals can be arranged.)
There is a $ 35 Non-Refundable Reservation fee.
One Exception - Weather.com Shows a 50% chance of Rain within 24 hours of your event and you decide to cancel.
Cancellation- If you decide to cancel within 7 days of the agreed upon date there will be a 50% refund of your total bill. ( EX. You paid 200$ your refund will be 100$). Cancellations 8-14 days will receive a 75% refund of your total bill. Cancellations over 14 days will receive a 100% refund minus reservation fee.
Payment is required in Full on the day of the event prior to the unit being set-up
Pick-up By no later than 7 pm . A 25$ overnight fee will be charged past 7 pm.
Delivery and Set-up
Standard Delivery $55 ( 15 miles or less)
Delivery and Set-up Details will be arranged on a case by case basis.
Generally- The unit will be delivered the day of the event prior to the start time. The unit will be picked up the same day by 7 pm.
Standard Delivery fee covers delivery, set-up and tear down within 15 miles from the address of the storage facility ( Brunswick, Ohio) via Google Maps. Greater than 15 miles a 2.50$ per mileage fee will be applied.
Example: Destination = 20 miles. 2.50 x 5 - 12.50. 55 + 12.50 = 62.50 for delivery.
Cleaning $10
Our units are cleaned with an anti-bacterial solution after each use. For this reason we charge a small fee to cover the cost and time. If we are unable to clean it on-site prior to tear down, the unit has to be set back up at the storage facility to be properly cleaned.
Terms and Conditions for units being picked up and returned by the customer
Payment required in Full prior to pick up.
$250 Deposit ( Refunded) + Unit rental cost
Units to be picked up and returned the same day by 8 pm.
Units are to be returned in the same condition as when they were picked up. They are to be clean, dry and free of any damages. Units are subject to an inspection prior to the deposit being refunded.
The customer could forfeit their deposit partially or in full if all terms are not met.

K Bounce - 170 LBS
L Bounce - 170 LBS
Slip N Slide - 210 LBS
Bounce N Slide unit weighs over 350 LBS and is not available for pick up!
Maintenance
Rental units should require NO maintenance at the event. If a need or issue should arise during the event LK&D needs to be notified Immediately. (330) 362-8893.
Proper set up is required for safety and proper operation of all units. Sufficient ground clearance as well as over head clearance is required.
ALL Safety Rules must be followed at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS
A tarp of adequate size (supplied) will be placed under the unit. This will serve as an extra layer of protection between the ground and the bottom of the inflatable.
Units are cleaned after each use.
Safety Rules
1. Adult Supervision is REQUIRED at all Times. You are Responsible for your Child/Children
2. Unit must be placed on flat level ground and anchored properly.
3. Do not exceed the Maximum allowable of participants at one time.
4. Multiple children play should be by children of similar age and size.
5. Rough Housing, Tumbling, Wrestling, Flips are not permitted.
6. Play Must be suspended during inclimate weather. This includes Rain, Lighting, High Winds ( 15mph or greater).
7. No sharp objects permitted. This includes anything that could puncture the unit. Kids toys included.
8. NO food or drink. If a spill occurs an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
